Frozen Foods

Everything in this aisle is frozen and cooked at home. Pelmeni, dumplings, come from LetMeCook, GM, From Grandmother, and Meat & Dough, whose halal line covers veal, chicken, beef, and lamb and chicken. Vareniki, also called pierogi, come from Babushkas with farmer cheese or potato and fried onion, and from Three Bears with sweet cottage cheese, plus Home-Made Frozen Cherry Dumplings (Vareniki). Avlabar makes khinkali and Pizza Rizza makes Adjarian khachapuri.

For breakfast and appetizers: LetMeCook Blini (Crepes) and Syrniki (Farmer's Pancakes), Babushka Anya cherry and cottage cheese crepes, Mama Ada's filled crepes, and Homemade Delights Russian Style Cocktail Blinis for caviar.

LetMeCook also fills the freezer with borscht, solyanka, kharcho, pilaf, meatballs, golubtsi, and deruny, several of them microwave-ready. Dessert is Lavada, Dadu, RUD, and Bandi ice cream, plus Amberye frozen currants, lingonberries, cranberries, and sour cherries for baking.
