Order on our Shopify store and we ship to any address in California. Perishables travel with bubble wrap and dry ice for up to 48 hours. Local customers can pick up in Fountain Valley or ask about home and business delivery.
The basics

We ship to every ZIP in California and nowhere else. Out-of-state addresses cannot be accepted.
Dry ice, up to 48 hours
Cold items are inspected and packed with bubble wrap and dry ice so they hold temperature for up to two days in transit.
Local pickup
Collect your online order at 10613 Lawson River Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. Open 10 AM to 7 PM. Please call to confirm Monday hours.
Home or business delivery
Available locally. Area, timing and any fee are confirmed by phone; call (949) 531-1494 for details.
How an order moves
Place the order
Online on our Shopify store, or by phone at (949) 531-1494. For security we do not take order details by email.
Shopify confirms the order
The existing online store handles checkout, payment selection and order messages. Read the confirmation before traveling to the store.
We pack it cold
Perishables are wrapped, iced and boxed. Dry ice keeps them cold for up to 48 hours.
It ships, or you collect
Shipped within California, picked up in Fountain Valley, or delivered locally. Storage instructions are on each package.

Anywhere in California. We do not ship outside California.
How do perishables stay cold?
Each order is inspected and packed with bubble wrap and dry ice to hold the proper temperature for perishable goods for up to 48 hours.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Order online and pick up at 10613 Lawson River Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. Home and business delivery are also available; call (949) 531-1494 for details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
The existing Shopify policy says an order can be changed before processing, except when same-day delivery was requested, and cannot be cancelled after processing or shipment. Call (949) 531-1494 or email info@eurodeli.us as soon as possible, and check the Shopify policy for the current terms.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if an item is defective or damaged. Sale items are non-refundable, and we cannot refund items that were tasted and not liked.
How do I store what arrives?
Follow the producer's instructions on each package. For a question about a specific item, call (949) 531-1494 and read the label to the store.
